The objective of the assignment is to carry out: (i) Technical feasibility and Detailed Design (APD) studies in two parts: Part 1: Technical and environmental studies relating to the construction of the Mpanda-Mushilu Hydroelectric Power Plant on the Lubilanji River; Part 2: Technical and environmental studies relating to the deployment of electricity transmission and distribution networks associated with the Mpanda-Mushilu HPP, including the power supply to the Ngandajika agro-industrial park; and (iii) Preparation of the technical specifications to be incorporated into the bidding documents (DAO). The Project Coordination and Management Unit of the Ministry of Hydraulic Resources and Electricity (UCM), acting as the projects fiduciary agency on behalf of the Government of the DRC, hereby invites Consulting Firms to express their interest in providing the Services described above. Interested Consultants must provide information demonstrating that they possess the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services, including documentation, references for similar assignments, experience in comparable assignments, certificates of satisfactory completion, or any other supporting evidence.
