Tenders are invited for Supply of Flight Training Aircraft for the Centre of Excellence in Aviation Skills (CEAS) The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda Francs (10,000 Frw) or its equivalent in any freely Convertible Currency. The method of payment will be Bank transfer/deposit to non-fiscal revenue account of Rwanda Revenue Authority. The proof of payment will be delivered together with bid, during bid submission.
