Expression of Interest for Deswik Subscription License and Software to Trinity Metals Ltd. Location: Kigali Deadline: Friday, 11/09/2026 11:00 Trinity Metal Ltd is seeking for a qualified and local Rwandan service provider to undertake Deswik Subscription License and Software for Trinity Metals operation in Rwanda. Scope of Work for Deswik Subscription License and Software: The scope of the Deswik Subscription License Softwarework includes but not limited to the following: 1. Software Installation, Configuration, and Integration Deploy and configure the Deswik subscription license and mine planning and scheduling software across Trinity Metals systems. Ensure compatibility with existing IT infrastructure and integrate with databases containing survey, geological models, mine schedules and plans. Establish secure user access and license management protocols. 2. Training, Support, and Maintenance Deliver training sessions for Trinity Metals geologists and engineers on software use, modelling workflows, and visualization tools. Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and periodic updates to ensure optimal performance. Establish a maintenance plan for license renewals, software upgrades, and user support. Eligibility and Competency Requirements Interested parties must: Have a local office licensed to distribute and deploy Deswik licences. Technical support and training for Deswik and related platforms located in Rwanda. Provide a proven track record in delivering Deswik and other Mining IT solutions to local and regional clients. Demonstrate capacity to train and integrate survey, geological models, mine schedules and plans datasets into software platforms. Demonstrate availability of qualified personnel with relevant experience of deploy and training in Deswik.
