According To The Order Of The Minister Of Industry And Construction Dated March 11, 2025 No. 84 “On Approval Of Requirements For Coal And Products Of Its Processing”/Coal Is Intended For Use In Heating Boilers For Heating Administrative And Industrial Buildings In The Autumn-Winter Period/Coal Grade D, Dg, G Or Equivalent, Suitable For Heating Boilers/In Accordance With Regulatory Requirements For The Corresponding Grade Of Coal/Must Ensure The Efficient Use Of Coal In Heating Boilers/Sulfur Content Is Within The Regulatory Requirements For The Corresponding Grade Of Coal/Extraneous Impurities Are Not Allowed/The Product Must Be Suitable For Use, Without Signs Of Damage Or Contamination/The Supplied Coal Must Comply With Gost 25543-88 “Brown, Hard And Anthracite Coals. Classification By Genetic And Technological Parameters Or Other Current Regulatory Document Establishing The Requirements For The Supplied Product/Delivery Is Carried Out In A Volume Of 40 Tons At The Request Of The Customer. The Supplier Provides Loading, Transportation And Unloading Of Goods To The Place Of Delivery. All Costs Associated With Delivering The Goods To The Destination Are Borne By The Supplier/Upon Delivery, The Supplier Provides Documents Confirming The Origin And Quality Of The Goods, As Well As Documents Confirming The Goods’ Compliance With Established Requirements, If Their Provision Is Provided For By The Legislation Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan/The Quantity Of Goods Supplied Is Determined By Weight. The Customer Has The Right To Check The Compliance Of The Delivered Goods With The Declared Technical And Quality Characteristics. If A Product Does Not Comply With The Requirements Of This Technical Specification, The Supplier Is Obliged To Replace The Non-Conforming Product At Its Own Expense.
