Tenders are invited for Community Actors Training: Trainer/Consultant for Two Advanced Peace-Building Workshops in Erbil Invitation to Apply Ashuor Iraqi Foundation for Relief and Development invites qualified individual trainers and consultants to submit technical and financial proposals to deliver two advanced peace-building training workshops for community actors in Erbil. Each workshop will include one preparation day, four training days and one final-report day. The assignment totals 12 workdays. Proposals will be evaluated using a combined methodology of 70% technical and 30% financial evaluation. Key Assignment Requirements Deliver two separate four-day advanced workshops in Arabic in Erbil for two cohorts of 24 participants each. Develop and submit pre-test, post-test, participant handouts, facilitator guide and participant survey within 10 days of contract signing. Submit training materials in editable Word format in Arabic and English, and revise them based on Ashuor feedback. Use interactive facilitation methods covering peace-building, conflict transformation, social cohesion, mediation, dialogue and community initiative design. Submit a comprehensive final report within five days after each workshop. Minimum Qualifications At least five years of experience in peace-building, conflict resolution, mediation or related work. At least three years of proven training and group-facilitation experience. Experience developing high-quality training materials and curricula. Fluency in Arabic and English. A bachelor degree in a relevant field and strong knowledge of the Iraqi and Erbil context. Demonstrated commitment to gender equality, youth engagement and inclusive facilitation. Evaluation Methodology Technical evaluation: 70% of the final score. A minimum raw technical score of 70/100 is required to proceed. Financial evaluation: 30% of the final score. The lowest evaluated offer receives the full financial score. Award recommendation will be made to the responsive candidate achieving the highest combined technical and financial score, subject to successful vetting and budget compliance.
