Andium Are Looking To Appoint A Experienced Jersey Based Contactor. The Works Comprise Of Works To Two Roofs. One Of Which Is Stripping The Existing Slate Roof Covering, Salvaging Serviceable Slates Where Suitable, Inspecting And Repairing Concealed Roof Timbers, Installing New Breathable Membrane With Timber Battens And Counter Battens, And Re-Covering The Roof Using Salvaged And New Natural Slates To Match Existing, Fixed With Copper Or Alloy Clout Nails. The Other Is An Asbestos Roof And Replacing With Matching Slates And New Insulation.
