The Bulloch County Board Of Commissioners (Herein After Referred To As The ¿County¿) Is Accepting Statements Of Qualifications (Soq) From Gdot Prequalified Consultants To Provide Professional Services For Civil Engineering Design Services As Further Described And Stated In This Request For Qualifications (Rfq). Interested Consultants Shall Employ A Minimum Of 50% Of The Personnel Providing Professional Services During The Term Of This Agreement With Bulloch County And Must Also Appear On The Gdot Prequalification List For Providing Services In The Listed Area Classes, No Later Than The Deadline For Receipt Of All Submissions. The Deadline For Receipt Of All Submissions Is 2:00 Pm Edt, Friday, Sept. 25, 2026, Where Each Will Be Recorded As Received.
