The City Of Milton Public Works Department, (City), Requests That Interested Parties Submit Formal Sealed Bids For The Providence Park Improvements. Milton Has Been Awarded A Land Water Conservation Fund (Lwcf) Grants From The State Of Georgia Department Of Natural Resources (Dnr) For The Demolition Of Old, And Installation Of New, Tennis Courts And New Viewing Deck, Fencing, And Lighting; Expansion Of Parking Lot; And Construction Of Playground. To Bid On This Contract, The Contractor Must Be Listed On The Current Georgia Department Of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors List. No Exceptions. Additionally, The Contractor Must Have Completed Similar Project(S) Within The Past Three (3) Years. The Selected Bidder Will Be Required To Comply With All Federal Grant Requirements.All Qualified Bids Will Receive Consideration Without Regard To Age, Handicap, Religion, Creed Or Belief, Political Affiliation, Race, Color, Sex, Or National Origin.
