The Selective Demolition Of Existing Structures Necessary For The Installation Of The New Construction, The Partial Demolition Of The Existing Ldc Including A Wing Housing Sanitary Facilities, The Relocation And/Or Adjustment Of Existing Utilities (Gas-Water-Electricity), The Provision Of Temporary Facilities To Replace Functions That Have Been Taken Out Of Service, Including Sanitary Facilities, The Complete Completion Of Connections Between Building Parts To Be Retained And To Be Demolished Including The Realization Of New Facade Finishes And Outer Shells. The Assignment Is Carried Out At An Active Care Site, Where The Continuity Of The Operation Of The Existing Wzc And The Ldc Must Be Guaranteed As Much As Possible During Implementation. A Lot Of Attention Should Be Paid To The Preparation Of The Works, The Site Layout And The Phasing Of The Works. The Works Are Organized In Successive Phases, With The New Construction Being Completed First, Followed By The Relocation Of The Users And The Subsequent Demolition And Environmental Landscaping. The Order Includes All Works, Deliveries And Performances That Are Necessary For Complete And Compliant Realization, Including All Coordination Obligations, Regardless Of Whether These Are Explicitly Stated In All Order Documents. The Implementation Period Within Which These Works Must Be Carried Out Is Essential. The Contracting Authority Must Be Able To Put The Rooms Into Use In A Timely Manner So As Not To Lose Its Permit And Associated Financing.
