Tittelbyrom In Haugesund - Prequalification For Idea Competition . Description The Competition Is Conducted As A Limited Idea Competition In Two Stages. The First Stage Is An Open Prequalification, Where All Interested Teams Can Apply For Participation. The Client Aims To Invite Eight Teams To Submit Anonymous Solution Proposals In The Second Stage Of The Competition. Haugesund Municipality Wants To Bring Forward Strong And Future-Oriented Ideas For The Further Development Of Haraldsgata With Adjacent Urban Spaces And Cross Streets. There Are Currently No Investment Funds Available For Implementation. The Purpose Of The Competition Is To Get Input For An Overall Vision For The Pedestrian Street Which Can Eventually Be Realized In Stages Through Municipal Budgets And Relevant Support Schemes.
