The Contracting Authority Is The Duinpark Foundation. The Duinpark Foundation Is Responsible For Management And Maintenance Work In The Public Space In The Duinpark In Den Helder On Behalf Of The Municipality Of Den Helder. As A Form Of Citizen Participation, The Duinpark Foundation Was Established On December 29, 2006 To Manage The Public Space Of The Duinpark. All Plot Owners In The Duinpark Are Obliged To Participate In This Foundation. The Municipality Of Den Helder Acts As Secretary On Behalf Of The Duinpark Foundation During This Tender. The Contracting Authority Plans To Enter Into An Agreement With One Contractor For The Management And Maintenance Of The Greenery In The Duinpark In Den Helder. The Work Mainly Consists Of: A. Grass Maintenance; B. Plant Maintenance; C. Maintenance Of Semi-Paving; D. Removing Bulky Waste And Litter. With Regard To Exact Descriptions And Quantities, Etc., We Refer To Paragraph 2.2 Of The Specifications.
