The Work To Be Carried Out Is Located In The Province Of Zeeland Within The Management Area Of ​​The Contracting Authority And Is Divided Into The Following Nine (9) Lots: Lot 1 - Various Locations On Schouwen-Duiveland; Plot 2 – Various Locations On Tholen And Sint Philipsland; Plot 3 – Various Locations On Walcheren; Plot 4 – Various Locations On Walcheren And Noord-Beveland; Plot 5 – Various Locations On Zak Van Zuid-Beveland; Plot 6 – Various Locations On South Beveland North And East; Plot 7 – Various Locations In Zeeuws-Vlaanderen West; Plot 8 – Various Locations In Zeeuws-Vlaanderen Midden; Plot 9 – Various Locations In Zeeuws-Vlaanderen East. The Scope Of The Framework Agreement Includes Maintenance Of The Water Systems Of The Contracting Authority And This Mainly Consists Of The Following Activities: Carrying Out Mechanical Dredging From The Side (Using A Crane With A Maximum Reach Of 22 Meters) Of Various Watercourses For Maintenance Dredging Work; Transporting Released Dredged Material; Carrying Out Bank Restoration Including Fauna Exit Points; Restoring Drainage Outlets; Removing And Installing (Agricultural) Dams; Cleaning Culverts; Carrying Out Green Work (Pruning) Prior To Carrying Out Dredging Work; Carrying Out Emergency Work For The Water System; Carrying Out Additional Work. The Following Matters Do Not Fall Within The Scope Of The Framework Agreement: The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right At All Times To Carry Out Work On All Lots With Its Own Equipment, Whether Or Not In Collaboration With The Contractor; Investment Projects; Overdue Dredging Work; In The Event Of Emergencies, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Use Third Parties; Activities As Mentioned In This Framework Agreement That Coincide With Other Activities On The Water Systems (Combination Of Activities); Activities That Require Measures To Be Taken For Working In Contaminated Land Soil And/Or Water Soil.
