The Public Contract Has The Subject: Construction In Real Estate Of The University Of Sofia St. Kliment Ohridski And Has As Its Subject Construction, In The Sense Of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act.By Means Of A Framework Agreement, Construction And Assembly Works (Smr), As Well As Design And Implementation Of Construction (Engineering) In Real Estate Of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Described In Separate Items, Will Be Assigned:Separate Position No. 1: Construction In Immovable Properties Of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Including Buildings - Architectural And Construction Immovable Cultural Values;Separate Position No. 2: Construction In Immovable Properties Of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Used For The Main Activity Of The University; Separate Position No. 3: Construction In Real Estate Of The Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Representing Student Dormitories;The Technical Specifications And Related Construction Performance Requirements Are Detailed In Part Ii. Technical Specifications From The Participation Documentation.Volume (Quantity Of The Assigned Activities) - The Volume Of The Assigned Construction And Installation Works Depends On The Specific Needs For Similar Works That Have Arisen During The Term Of The Framework Agreement In The Property Of The Contracting Authority, Falling Within The Scope Of The Order Under The Specified Items. Scope Of The Public Procurement - Included Activities: /Applies To All Specific Positions/.• Preparation Of Investment Projects In The Technical Project Phase (When Engineering Is Assigned), For The Interventions Specified In The Invitations;• Implementation Of Construction, Installation And Repair Activities For The Objects Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement - They Are Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Zut And Begin After The Issuance Of A Construction Permit;• Exercise Of Authors Supervision During Construction (When Engineering Is Assigned), According To The Approved Project Documentation And The Applicable Regulations On The Individual Parts Of The Technical Projects Of The Objects Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement.Note: Bidders May Submit Bids For A Single Position.
