The Ministry Of Agriculture And Food, Hereinafter Referred To As The Employer Or Mfa, Organizes A Procedure For The Award Of A Public Contract With The Subject: Subsequent Evaluation Of The Program For The Development Of Rural Areas For The Period 2014-2020, According To The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Detailed In The Technical Specification.This Public Procurement Covers The Preparation Of A Report With The Subsequent Evaluation Of The Rdp 2014-2020. The Report Should Provide Answers To All General Questions For The Evaluation Of The Development Of Rural Areas, Presented In Annex V Of Commission Implementing Regulation (Eu) No. 808/2014 Of 17 July 2014 Laying Down Rules For The Implementation Of Regulation (Eu) No. 1305/2013 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council On Supporting The Development Of Rural Areas From The European Agricultural Fund For Rural Development. For Each Focus Area Included In The Rdp, The Relevant Question Should Be Answered In The Ex-Post Evaluation Report Of The Rdp 2014-2020, But These General Evaluation Questions Are Also Answered In The Annual Reports On The Implementation Of The Rdp 2014-2020 For 2017 And 2019.The Specific Implementation Activities Are:Activity 1: Introductory Meeting With The Employer;Activity 2: Collect And Review Relevant Documents And Data;Activity 3: Preparation Of A Draft Report With Ex-Post Evaluation Of The 2014-2020 Rdp;Activity 4: Preparation Of The Final Version Of The Ex-Post Evaluation Report Of The 2014-2020 Rdp.
