With This Order, Periodic Supplies Of Food Products For The Needs Of Dg Cosmonaut Are Assigned To The Address: City Of Plovdiv, District Severen, Str. Gonda Voda No. 1. Deliveries Should Be Made In Compliance With The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 6 Of 10.08.2011 On Healthy Nutrition Of Children Aged 3 To 7 Years In Childcare Facilities, Ordinance No. 2 Of 20.01.2021 On The Specific Requirements For The Safety And Quality Of Food Offered In Childcare Facilities, School Canteens And Retail Outlets On The Territory Of Schools And Childcare Facilities, As Well As For Food Offered At Organized Events For Children And Students, Issued By The Minister Of Agriculture, Food And Forestry.Specific Positions:Op No. 1 Deliveries Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetablesop No. 2 Deliveries Of Fruit And Vegetable Preserves And Packaged Food Productsop No. 3 Supplies Of Milk And Dairy Food Productsop No. 4 Delivery Of Meat And Meat Food Products, Eggs And Fishwith This Order, Three More Separate Positions Are Assigned, Which On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Ppa Will Be Awarded In The Order Provided For Their Individual Value - By Concluding Direct Contracts. The Total Value Of The Directly Awarded Items Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Value Of The Order, Therefore Op No. 5 To Op No. 7 Will Be Awarded Directly On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.
