Tenders Are Invited For Construction And Assembly Works For The Construction Of An Installation For Composting Biodegradable Waste In The Municipality Of Tervel

The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of A Technical Project For A Composting Plant For Biodegradable Household Waste Of The Municipality Of Tervel, Attached To The Documentation For The Public Procurement.According To The Approved Investment Project, The Scope Of The Order Provides For The Implementation Of The Smr Of The Composting Installation In Accordance With The Approved Project In The Technical Design Phase, Incl. Training Of The Installation Personnel To Work With The Installed Equipment And To Comply With The Technological Process, And The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of Duties Of The Selected Contractor:Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Implementation And Completion Of Construction, Including Supply Of Construction Products And Equipment, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And The Investment Project, According To The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Current Regulatory Documents And The Public Procurement Agreement;Timely Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 163, Para. 2, Item 3 Of Zut And Ordinance No. 3 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction; Storage And Provision Upon Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Authority Of The Construction Documents, The Order Book Of The Construction Under Art. 170, Para. 3 Of The Zut, The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction, And Other Technical Documentation On The Implementation Of The Construction;Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period;Fulfillment Of The Administrative Requirements According To The Applicable Regulations;Training Of The Installation Personnel To Work With The Installed Equipment And To Comply With The Technological Process;Other Non-Construction Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Object.The Construction That The Contractor Must Carry Out Falls Into The Fourth Group, Second Category, According To The Requirements Of Zut.The Scope, Volume And Requirements For Implementation Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation, As Well As In The Attached Technical Project.The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Smp Is According To The Participants Proposal. The Term Should Be No Shorter Than 180 Calendar Days And No Longer Than 240 Calendar Days. This Term Also Includes The Time For Training The Installations Personnel To Work With The Installed Equipment And To Comply With The Technological Process.​​​​​​​
