Tenders Are Invited For Engineering - Design, Construction And Execution Of Authors Supervision Of A Site: Major Renovation Of Buildings At Su Anton Popov With Two Sub-Sites By Separate Positions

The Public Procurement Includes Two Separate Positions:Separate Position No. 1: Engineering Of Sub-Project 1: Major Repair Of The Main Educational Building With Identifier 56126.602.803.2 According To The Kkkr Of The Town Of Petrich;Separate Position No. 2: Engineering Of Sub-Object 2: Major Repair Of A Gymnasium - Building With Identifier 56126.602.803.4 According To The Kkkr Of The Town Of Petrich.In Fulfillment Of The Contract, For Each Specific Position Of The Public Procurement, The Contractor Under The Contract Is Expected To Carry Out The Following Activities:1. Carrying Out An Architectural Survey Of The Existing Building;2. Other Studies If Necessary;3. Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase For The Object, In Scope And With Content According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, The Legal And By-Laws Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority;4. Carrying Out All Necessary Activities To Coordinate The Investment Project With The Contracting Authority, Central And Territorial Administrations, Specialized Control Bodies And Operating Companies, On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority;5. Reflecting The Recommendations And Remarks Made In The Course Of Carrying Out The Coordination Procedures By The Contracting Authority With Central And Territorial Administrations, Specialized Control Bodies And Operating Companies, And Carrying Out The Assessment Of Compliance Of The Investment Project With The Basic Requirements For Construction By The Consultant;6. Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Permits Necessary To Carry Out His Work, According To Bulgarian Legislation;7. Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Start, Implementation And Completion Of Construction, Including Provision Of Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Investment Project, According To The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Current Legal Documents And The Public Procurement Agreement;8. Timely Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 163, Para. 2, Item 3 Of The Zut;9. Storage And Provision Upon Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Authority Of The Construction Documents, The Order Book Of The Construction Under Art. 170, Para. 3 Of The Zut, The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction, And Other Technical Documentation On The Implementation Of The Construction;10. Samples And Tests At The Completion Of Construction And Installation Works, Where Necessary;11. Authors Supervision During The Construction In Volume And Content According To The Zut And The By-Laws And Regulations On Its Implementation;12. Preparation Of Executive Documentation According To Art. 175 Of The Territorial Planning Act;13. Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period;14. Fulfillment Of The Administrative Requirements According To The Applicable Regulations.
