The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes: Supply Of Medical Gases For The Needs Of Mbal Lozenets Ead Through Periodically Repeated Deliveries With Means Of Transport Owned By The Contractor And/Or Hired Transport, Meeting The Requirements For The Transport Of Gases. The Contractor Should Provide /Deliver, Install, Put Into Operation And Maintain/ During The Validity Of The Contract For Temporary Free Use By The Contracting Authority A Gasifier For Liquid Oxygen With A Volume Of Not Less Than 8 Tons And, If Necessary, Construction Of A Foundation For Its Placement In Accordance With The Norms Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut). The Contractor Should Ensure A 24-Hour Supply Of Oxygen To The Installations Of Mbal Lozenets Ead.The Term For The Execution Of The Order Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For Awarding The Public Order. In The Event That Before The Expiration Of The Term Of The Contract To Be Concluded There Is An Unspent Financial Resource, If Necessary, The Contracting Authority Has The Right Through The Option To Extend The Term Of The Contract On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 5 Of The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppzop), To Extend The Term Of The Contract To 12 Months Or Until The Financial Resource Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Of The Two Circumstances Occurred Earlier.The Place Of Execution Is Mbal Lozenets Ead, At The Address: Sofia, Kozyak St. No. 1.
