The Scope Of Works Includes: - Preparation Of Rooms For Work: Removal Of Equipment, Protection Of Windows And Doors With Protective Foil, - Application Of Gypsum Plasters, - Priming And Painting Wall Surfaces, - Replacement Of Damaged Doors, - Replacement Of Damaged Floor Coverings, - Construction Of A Ceiling With Coffered Boards In Designated Rooms, - Replacement Of Damaged Coffered Boards In Suspended Ceilings, - Replacement Of Bathroom Fittings, - Relocation Of The Floor Parquet Floor, - Washing And Cleaning Rooms After The Works, - Removal Of Rubble, Demolition Materials And Unnecessary Equipment. Due To The Need To Perform The Works In An Operational Facility: - All Works Must Be Carried Out Under Strict Investor Supervision, - The Works Must Be Carried Out In Such A Way As To Minimize Nuisance And Disruption To The Work Of The City Hall, - Partial Execution Of The Works Should Be Assumed After The Opening Hours Of The City Hall And On Days Off, Taking Into Account Noisy Works Up To 22:00, It Is Necessary To Envisage Fencing Off The Work Zone While Maintaining The Necessary Escape Routes In A Way That Allows For The Normal Functioning Of The City Hall. The Detailed Scope Of The Works Was Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution Of The Works And The Bill Of Quantities. Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users: The Scope Of The Order Includes The Installation Of Handles For Disabled People In Toilets And Leveling The Floor Surface In Other Rooms (No Thresholds). The Ordering Party Below Specifies The Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order By Persons Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Act:  Performance Of Painting Works,  Performance Of Works Related To The Installation Of Door Joinery,  Replacement Of Carpets. In Relation To Contractors Based Outside Poland, The Ordering Party Allows The Employment Of Employees On The Basis Of Equivalent Legal Regulations Of The Home Country. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Minimum 36-Month Warranty For The Construction Works Performed And The Materials Used, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance (If A Shorter Deadline Is Offered, The Offer Will Be Rejected In Accordance With Art. 226(1)(5) Of The Public Procurement Law, Because Its Content Will Be Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order). It Is Assumed That The Warranty Period Corresponds To The Warranty Period And Starts From The Date Of Final Acceptance And Putting Into Use The Entire Subject Of The Order.
