3.1 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Renovation Of The Bridge Along Municipal Road No. 292893K At Km 1+132 Of Milik, Muszyna Commune Includes: 1) Demolition Works; 2) Earthworks; 3) Works Related To The Construction Of Foundations And Abutment Walls; 4) Works Related To The Construction Of The Structure; 5) Works Related To The Construction Of The Transition Slab; 6) Works Related To The Construction Of Caps Sidewalks And Equipment;7) Installation Of Traffic Safety Devices;8) Finishing Works;9) Reconstruction Of Ramps And Surfaces3.2 Material Scope:1) The Bills Of Quantities Were Treated By The Parties As Auxiliary Material For Estimating The Work Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, And In The Submitted Offer, The Contractor Included All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2) The Contractor Will Ensure The Proper Performance Of All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Documentation And The Currently Applicable Standards, Construction Law Together With Implementing Acts And Other Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law Together With Implementing Acts.3) The Contractor Will Provide A Set Of Attestations, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity For The Built-In Materials And Devices.4) As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And Standards, Based On The Developed Documentation.5) The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract Is The Date Indicated In The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract, Signed By The Ordering Party And The Contractor.6) The Ordering Party Allows Shortening The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract.7) The Task Is Co-Financed By The State Forests, Therefore The Forest District, The Regional Directorate Of The State Forests In Krakow And The General Directorate Of The State Forests, Through Their Representatives, Reserve The Right To Participate In The Acceptance Of Works That Are Disappearing And Undergoing Covering And Final Acceptance Of The Works.
