Sportowa, With A Ground Surface Made Of Aggregate And Partly Made Of Concrete Road Slabs With Dimensions. Approx. 1.0-1.5 M X 3.0 M, On The Section From Ul. Słupska To The Reach Of Ul. Dunina; 2.3.Liquidation Of Part Of The Old Existing Storm Sewerage Collector Made Of Concrete Pipes And Collisions Along The Route Of The New Collector;2.4.Reconstruction Of The Road Surface With Mechanically Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0 – 31.5 Mm. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Presented Above Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Remaining Scope Of Work Included In The Design Documentation.3. The Required Minimum Quality Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is 60 Months And Will Be Determined In Accordance With The Contractors Offer (Offer Evaluation Criterion). The Warranty Covers Liability For Defects In The Entire Subject Of The Order.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And Subcontractors To Employ Persons Under Employment Contracts To Perform The Following Activities As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Under The Supervision Of The Construction Manager: 4.1.Preparatory Works,4.2.Sanitary Industry Works,4.3.Road Works,4.4.Land Development Works.
