The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task Called Installation Of Air Conditioning In The Premises Of The District Center For Family Assistance And Health Protection In Dzierżoniów, Including The Construction, Commissioning And Handover Of A Complete Vrf Air Conditioning System In The Building At Ul. Piastowska 1 In Dzierżoniów, Including Related Construction Works, As Well As The Provision Of Inspections And Warranty Service.2.Building At Ul. Piastowska 1 Is Not Included In The List Of Immovable Monuments Of The City Of Dzierżoniów.3.The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment As Well As Construction Of Refrigeration, Condensate Drainage, Control And Power Supply Installations; 2) Construction Of Supporting Structures, Installation Passages And Necessary Reconstruction Works; 3) Performance Of Tests, Measurements, Commissioning And Adjustment Of The System; 4) Provision Of As-Built Documentation And Training Of A Maximum Of Five Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party; 5) Performance Of Inspections And Service During The Warranty Period; 6) Performance Of Accompanying Works Necessary To Obtain A Complete, Efficient And Safe Air Conditioning System.4.The Detailed Scope And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.5.The Design Documentation Consists Of: 1) Study Entitled: Design Of The Air Conditioning System In The Building Of The District Family Assistance Center In Dzierżoniów, Including The Descriptive Part, Drawings, Lists, Calculations And Attachments;2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior;3) Bill Of Quantities;4) Explanations And Changes To The Above Documents Made Available By The Ordering Party In The Course Of The Procedure.6.The Bill Of Quantities Is Informative And Auxiliary In Nature And Does Not Limit The Scope Resulting From Other Procurement Documents.7.If A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source, Manufacturer, Specific Type Of Device Or Standard Is Indicated In The Design Documentation Or Other Procurement Documents, Such Indication Specifies The Required Technical Or Quality Standard And Should Be Understood As Bearing The Phrase Or Equivalent.8.An Equivalent Solution Must Meet At Least All Minimum Technical, Operational, Quality, Energy, Acoustic And Functional Parameters Specified In The Order Documents And Ensure Compatibility Of The Entire System.9.The Contractor Offering An Equivalent Solution Is Obliged To Indicate It In The Offer And Demonstrate Its Equivalence Using Technical Data Sheets, Calculations, Declarations, Certificates Or Other Appropriate Documents. The Burden Of Demonstrating Equivalence Rests With The Contractor.10.The Performance Of The Works Covered By The Order Does Not Require Obtaining A Building Permit Or Keeping A Construction Log.
