The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment, In Particular: 2.1. Scope Of Design Work: A) Development Of Complete Design Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Including Construction, Technical And Executive Designs, In Accordance With Applicable Law; B) Development Of The Architectural And Construction Concept And Agreeing It With The Ordering Party; C) Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Order; D) Agreeing The Design Documentation With The Competent Authorities And Appraisers, In Particular In The Field Of Fire Protection And Sanitary And Hygienic Requirements, If Necessary Required By Law;E) Obtaining A Building Permit Or Submitting An Effective Notification Of Construction Works, If Required By Law;F) Performing Authors Supervision Throughout The Entire Investment Implementation Period.2.2. Scope Of Construction Works: A) Execution Of Preparatory, Security And Organizational Works; B) Preparation Of The Area For The Investment, Earthworks And Foundation Works; C) Construction Of The Supporting Structure Of The Building Along With Wall And Roof Cladding; D) Construction Of An Industrial Floor; E) Installation Of Doors, Windows And Industrial Gates; F) Construction Of Social And Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms; G) Construction Of Internal And External Installations, In Particular Electrical, Sanitary And Water Supply Installations, Sewage, Ventilation, Heating And Lightning Protection;H) Development Of The Area, Including The Maneuvering Area, Hardening And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure;I) Equipping The Facility With Storage Racks;J) Preparing As-Built Documentation;K) Obtaining All Required Acceptances, Decisions And Documents Necessary To Authorize The Facility For Use.3.The Planned Facility Will Be A Warehouse Building Intended For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense With The Basic Parameters: • Building Area - Approximately 150.00 M² (±2%), • Usable Area - Approximately 140.00 M² (±5%), • External Dimensions - Approximately 15.00 X 10.00 M, • Building Height - Approximately 5.90 M (±2%), • Social And Hygienic And Sanitary Parts In Accordance With With Applicable Regulations. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Design And Implement The Social, Hygienic And Sanitary Part And Internal Communication Of The Facility, Taking Into Account The A
