1) Part 1 Of The Order - Renovation Of The Municipal Road Polna Street In Suścua) A List Of Documents Specifying The Description Of The Subject Of The Order As Part Of The Design Documentation And The Bill Of Quantities Are Specified In - Annex No. 1 To The Swzb) The Ordering Party Informs That The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Material For The Evaluation Of The Offer And For Determining The Price For Additional Orders (If Any) Or Reducing The Scope Of Works. C) Annexes Referred To In Point 1) A) And Point 1) B) The Ordering Party Makes Available On The Website Where The Swz Is Available. D) It Is Recommended That The Contractors Make A Local Visit To The Task Implementation Area And Its Vicinity In Order To Assess The Documents And Information Provided By The Ordering Party As Part Of The Procedure In Question. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offer Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order, Therefore The Contractors Claims For Incorrect Price Calculation Are Excluded. E) All Materials Necessary To Complete The Order Are Secured By The Contractor. The Materials Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Design Documentation And In The Bills Of Quantities. F) The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Compliance With The Conditions Resulting From Technical Standards, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And With The Requirements Of Construction Practice.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part 1 Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Bill Of Quantities, Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1). The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In Larger Quantities Than Those Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities During The Implementation Of The Contract Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1.
