The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Called Providing Power Supply To The Technological Yard And Warehouses.3.As Part Of The Task, The Technological Site Should Be Powered. For This Purpose, The Following Works Are Planned: Excavations At The Transformer Station To Enable The Cable Lines To Be Pulled Into The Transformer Station And The Cable Duct System,  Construction Of Water And Gas-Tight Culverts In The Foundation Of The Transformer Station,  Extension Of The Distribution Busbars In The Transformer Station,  Laying Cables In The Completed Sewage System,  Restoration Of The Surface Around The Transformer Station,  Installation Of The Connector - Switching Station Rgnn1, Installation Of A Switchboard For Small And Administrative Loads Ra, Carrying Out Tests, Measurements And Checks. -Cables Should Be Installed In Accordance With Drawing E-2- Pzt.-Cables Should Be Laid In Accordance With The Standards N Sep-E-004, Pn-76/E-05125.-Power And Signaling Cable Lines -Cables Should Be Laid In The Previously Constructed Technical Sewage System.-In Drawing E-2 Of The Technical Design, A 120 Kw Switchgear Is Marked - Its Construction Is Not The Subject Of This Order.4.The Detailed Scope And Method Of Performing The Works Covered By The Order Are Presented In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz In: A) Annex No. 9, I.E. Bill Of Quantities/Offer Cost Estimate B) Annex No. 11, I.E. Technical Design With Attachments; C) Annex No. 12, I.E. Stwiorb;5.Moreover, The Construction Works Covered By The Contract Are To Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Technical Conditions And The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, And The Completed Installation Must Meet All Conditions Guaranteeing Its Use In Accordance With The Purpose It Is To Serve.6.At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure, Contractors Are Obliged To Thoroughly Familiarize Themselves With The Swz, Design Documentation And The Construction Site In Order To Submit Any Questions And Comments Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers And Signing The Contract For The Implementation Of The Task.7.The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Conditions Existing On The Construction Site And Its Surroundings, And Is Obliged To Take Them Into Account In The Remuneration.8.The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations And Is Responsible For Non-Compliance With These Regulations.9.The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With The Subject Of The Order And To Include In The Offer Price All Costs Necessary For Its Proper Implementation, In Accordance With The Work Technology Specified In The Polish Standard And The Technical Conditions For The Acceptance Of Works.10.During The Order Execution Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have At Its Disposal Perso
