The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes: 1) Preparatory Works 2) Construction Of A Concrete Pavement, Edging 3) Construction Of A Fence 4) Small Architecture - Purchase, Delivery And Assembly 5) Construction Of Plantings 6) Construction Of Lighting And Monitoring 7) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In Three Copies, Including: A) Acceptance Protocols, Test Reports, Measurement Reports And Other Necessary Protocols Confirming The Proper Performance Of Construction Works And Installation During Construction, B) Surveying Report, C) Material Cards, D) As-Built Cost Estimates, E) Drawings And Descriptions Supplementing The Project For The Implementation Of The Facility, If Any. The As-Built Documentation Must Be Complete And Signed By The Construction Manager And Approved By The Investors Supervision Inspector8) Providing Surveying Services 9) Extending Or Obtaining New Industry Arrangements Enabling The Implementation Works10) Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Map 11) Reporting The Completion Of Works To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate In Chrzanów3.The Detailed Opz Was Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz: Design Documentation, Stwiorb And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities. 4. Wherever The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Adds The Words Or Equivalent To These References In The Absence Of A Specific Term. If The Names Of Manufacturers, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials, Devices Or Technologies Are Indicated In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Or Other Procurement Documents, They Should Be Treated As Examples. The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions, I.E. Those That Ensure At Least The Same Technical, Quality, Functional And Functional Parameters.
