The Ordering Party Requires Special Care In Carrying Out The Works, In Particular Ensuring Appropriate Security And Protection, Keeping The Construction Site In Good Order, Organizing Construction Works In A Way That Does Not Expose People Using The Given And Neighboring Properties To The Scope Of The Investment Task. Due To The Above, The Contractor Must Include The Costs Of Securing The Performance Of Works In The Offer Price. This Cost Should Be Included In Indirect Costs. 4.
