The Scope Of Works Includes: A) Demolition Works, B) Bricklaying, Plastering, C) Puttying, Painting, D) Construction Of A Suspended Ceiling, E) Works Flooring, F) Purchase And Installation Of Door Joinery, G) Water, Sewage And Sanitary Installation Works, H) Electrical Installation Works, I) Installation Of Sanitary Devices And Equipment, J) Carrying Out Tests, Examinations And Commissioning Of The Installation. In Particular, It Is Necessary To: A) Replace The Existing Lighting With Energy-Saving Leds (In The Entire Common Room); B) Install Touchless Faucets With Sensors Monitoring Water Consumption, C) Install Water-Saving Flushers. Scope Ii - Expansion Of The Internal Gas Installation, Which Is Financed From The Budget Of The Łomża Commune. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: A) Construction Of New Sections Of The Gas Installation, B) Installation Of Fittings And Devices Provided For In The Documentation, C) Construction Of Passages Through Building Partitions And Their Sealing, D) Performance Of Tightness Tests Of The Installation, E) Commissioning Of The Installation And Its Commissioning In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Execution Of All Accompanying, Cleaning And Reconstruction Works Necessary For Proper Implementation Of The Investment. All Dimensions Should Be Checked Directly On The Facility. All Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Construction Law, Polish Standards And Occupational Health And Safety Regulations. The Detailed Scope Of The Order In The Field Of Construction Works Was Specified In The Technical Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Task Is Carried Out Under The Support Fund For Municipalities And Districts 2026 And Co-Financed From The Own Funds Of The Commune Of Łomża. All Installed Devices And Built-In Materials Should Have Appropriate Certificates.
