The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Project Titled: Revitalization Of Green Areas And The Swimming Pond In The Village Of Mikorzyn Implemented As Part Of The Blue - Green Initiatives For Wielkopolska Program. As Part Of The Entire Planned Investment, The Following Tasks Will Be Carried Out In The Following Areas: Area 1 - Green: Task No. 1 - Planting 30 Honey Trees; Task No. 2 - Maintenance Of The Existing Trees - 50 Trees; Task No. 3 - Establishment Flower Meadow On An Area Of Approximately 830 M2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Regarding Area 1 Is Described In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. Area 2 - Construction Works: Task No. 1 - Replacement Of The Reinforcement Of The Eastern Slope (Dike) Of The Pond (Area 123.60 M2, Minimum Thickness Of The Openwork Slab 8-10 Cm); Task No. 2 - Replacement Of The Pipeline (Section 32 M);Task No. 3 - Modernization Of The Sandy Beach (Area 620 M2) And Installation Of Small Architecture. The Detailed Scope Of Work Regarding Area 2 Is Described In Annex No. 6 To The Swz And In The Attached Bill Of Quantities. The Order Also Covers: O Surveying Services For The Construction Site; O All Repairs Of Above- And Underground Equipment Damaged During The Execution Of The Works; O Carrying Out All Works And Activities Related To The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Handover For Operation, Etc.; O Ensuring Safety On The Construction Site And Around It As Well As Construction Insurance; O Other Activities Resulting From Industry Regulations Or The Specificity Of The Order. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Become Familiar With The Area Where The Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order Will Be Carried Out And The Elements Of Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure On The Site Of The Works And Its Vicinity, As Well As The Facilities Operating In The Area Of The Investment. The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Demand Additional Remuneration For Failure To Take Into Account The Above-Mentioned Circumstances, And These Circumstances Will Not Constitute A Sufficient Reason For The Contractor Not To Start The Works On The Scheduled Date. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Roads Leading To The Construction Site Against Damage Caused By The Means Of Transport Of The Contractor Or His Subcontractors. The Contractor Should Provide For The Construction And Maintenance, At His Own Expense, Of Security (E.G. Fencing) Of The Work Site, Its Appropriate Marking, Construction And Maintenance Of Temporary Access Roads To The Construction Site, Organization Of Construction Facilities And Their Liquidation After Construction Completion, Protection Of Property Located On The Construction Site, As Well As Ensuring Work Safety Conditions.
