The Subject Of The Delivery Is To Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects And Complete. The Detailed Scope Of The Order, The Required Technical Parameters Of The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Order And The Quantitative Requirements Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz.3. Quality Guarantee: The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Signing (Without Any Reservations) Of The Final Acceptance Report The Contractor Indicated In The Tender Form In Terms Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria. The Quality Guarantee Will Be Implemented By The Contractor In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
