The Investment Includes The Reconstruction Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In Ostaszewo On Plot No. 32/2, Stage I2.The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Preparatory Works, Earthworks, Reconstruction Of The Dirt Road, Reconstruction Of Exits, Regulation And Hardening Of Roadsides, Improvement Of The Drainage System, Vertical And Horizontal Markings, Tidying Up The Adjacent Area. 3. The Road Is Located In The Eastern Part Of The Grodziczno Commune.4.The 520 M Long Section Will Be Completed In One Stage Of Works. Surface Made Of Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0/31.5, 3.5 M Wide, On A Foundation Made Of Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0/63, Dirt Shoulders With A Width Of 0.20 - 0.50 M.5.The Subject Dirt Road Has A Variable Width Of 2.6 To 3.0 M, The Sides Are Overgrown With Grass. For The Most Part, The Road Runs Through Agricultural Areas With Sparse Farm Buildings.6.The Internal Road In The Above-Mentioned Section Has Inventoried Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure.7.Rainwater And Snowmelt Water Will Be Drained From The Road Via Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes Of The Road Surface To The Roadsides And Adjacent Areas. 8. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With: 1) Specification Of Terms And Conditions (Swz) 2) Agreement 3) Developed Design Documentation, Which Constitutes An Annex To The Swz. 4) Decisions, Administrative Provisions, Arrangements, Permits Issued In Connection With The Task Being Performed, 5) Applicable Legal Provisions, Polish Standards, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction And Assembly Works, 6) The Best Technical Knowledge And Good Construction Practices. 7) Recommendations And Guidelines Issued By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Works. 9. The Contractor Of The Works Is Obliged To Develop And Approve A Traffic Organization Plan For The Duration Of The Works, Taking Into Account The Traffic Of Cars, Tractors And Agricultural Machines With The Use Of Alternating Traffic, Ensuring Constant Access To Existing Properties And Arable Fields.10.The Scope Of Works Was Included In The Bills Of Quantities, Which Constitute Part Of This Procedure Documentation And Constitute An Element For Calculating The Final Offer Price. The Contractor Cannot Correct The Scope Of Works Included In The Bill Of Quantities. However, If, As A Result Of His Analysis And Calculations, He Notices Any Irregularities, He May Seek Clarification Of Any Doubts Through The Question Procedure, In Accordance With Art. 284 Pzp.11.If Any Deficiencies, Defects Or Contradictions Are Found In The Materials Provided By The Ordering Party For The Preparation Of The Offer Cost Estimate, The Contractor Should Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of This Fact Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers.12.The Contractor Is Responsible For The Protection Of Above-Ground Installations And Underground Facilities Such As Pipelines, Cables, Etc.
