1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting Of Internal Reconstruction And Spot Insulation Of External Walls In An Existing Residential Building With A Social Function. There Will Be Four Independent, Comfortable Bathrooms And Two Dedicated Laundry Rooms Assigned To Premises A And B. Each Of The Four Designed Bathrooms Will Be Equipped With Independent Infrastructure: A Shower With A Linear Drain, A Compact Toilet, A Wall-Hung Washbasin, An Electric Flow Heater And An Autonomous Heating And Ventilation System, Individual Electrical Sub-Switchboards And Water Meters. Due To The Implementation Of The Investment Inside A Partially Inhabited, Active Building, The Contractor Is Obliged To Strictly Staging Works, Protecting Communication Routes Against Dust And Minimizing Nuisance (Noise, Interruptions In Media Supply) For Permanent Tenants Of The Social Building. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Causes The Least Possible Inconvenience To The Buildings Residents, Taking Into Account The Need To Provide Residents With Safe Access To The Premises And The Ability To Use The Building As Intended. The Works Should Be Performed In Strict Consultation With The Building Manager, I.E. The Ordering Party2.
