The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Solar Installation In Building No. 88 In The Military Complex At Ul. Dworcowa 6A In The Group In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Covers In Particular The Following Scope: 1) Works Including: Cleaning And Painting Of The Structure, Repair Of Solar Collectors, Glycol Replacement, Waste Disposal And Management. 2) Development Of The Bioz Plan (Safety And Health Protection Plan In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection And The Safety And Health Protection Plan) On Its Own And At Its Own Expense (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 120, Item 1126, As Amended) In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, Consolidated Text), Before The Commencement Of Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, On The Day Of Handing Over The Work Area By The Ordering Party, The Bioz Plan Prepared By The Construction Works Manager, 3) Performance Of Accompanying Works Consisting In On Lighting The Work Area, Securing And Fencing The Work Area With Warning Signs, Handrails, Bridges, Canopies, Constructing And Maintaining The Facilities Of The Construction Work Area, Marking And Securing Installations And Devices On The Work Site. The Above Is Carried Out By The Contractor With His Own Efforts And Included In The Contract Price. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Prepared In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 1 Pzp, Does Not Require The Introduction Of Equivalent Solutions And Criteria Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 4 And 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Painting And Sanitary Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, And The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, Consolidated Text). The Contractor Is Absolutely Obliged To Make A Site Visit To The Site Of The Subject Of The Contract In Order To Prepare The Offer Before Submitting It (Article 281, Section 2, Point 12 In Connection With Article 131, Section 2, Point 1 Of The Act Pzp). The On-Site Visit Is An Absolute Obligation Of The Contractor, Conditioning The Submission Of An Offer Under Penalty Of Its Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law
