The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Premises Of The Department Of Obstetrics And Pregnancy Pathology Of The Clinic Of Obstetrics, Gynecological Diseases And Gynecological Oncology In Accordance With The Developed Multi-Industry Design Documentation, Applicable Legal Regulations, Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Construction, Installation And Finishing Works Resulting From The Design Documentation, Along With The Performance Of All Accompanying And Auxiliary Works Necessary To Achieve Full Functionality Of The Renovated Rooms. The Investment Assumes Comprehensive Activities Aimed At Adapting The Existing Rooms To Current Technical And Construction, Sanitary-Epidemiological, Fire Protection Regulations As Well As Functional Requirements Resulting From The Specificity Of The Clinics Activities. The Scope Of The Study Covers A Fragment Of Buildings 1A And 1C, Located On The First Floor. The Scope Of Work Will Include Rooms With The Following Functions: Examination And Treatment Rooms, A Nursing Station And A Nursing Preparation Station, Doctors Rooms, Bed Rooms With Bathrooms (Including Two Intensive Supervision Rooms), Social And Administrative Rooms, A Lactation Point, Patient And Staff Sanitary Facilities, Storage Rooms, A Cleaning Room, A Dirty Laundry Room And A Distribution Kitchen That Also Serves As A Washroom, While Maintaining The Time Division For Both Functions. The Scope Of Works Includes The Execution Of All Works Resulting From The Design Documentation, In Particular: A) Preparatory Works; B) Securing The Work Site; C) Demolition And Dismantling Works; D) Construction And Construction Works; E) Finishing Works; F) Construction Of Sanitary Installations, Including Water Supply, Sewage, Central Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning And Medical Gas Installations; G) Execution Of Electrical Installations; H) Execution Of Telecommunications Installations; I) Installation Of Devices And Equipment Covered By The Design Documentation; J) Carrying Out Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Adjustments Of All Installations; K) Commissioning Of Completed Installations; L) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; M) Providing The Required Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Material Cards, Operating Instructions And Warranty Cards; N) Tidy Up The Place Of Works After Their Completion
