1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Internal Rooms In Building No. 30 In The Military Complex At Ul. Thursdays 3 In Grudziądz, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Works Including: Replacement Of Parts Of Door Joinery, Flooring Works - Laying Carpets With Prior Installation Of Floor Layers, Plastering Works - Execution Of Internal Plasters And Gypsum Plasters On Walls And Ceilings, Painting Works Of Wall And Ceiling Surfaces, Sanitary Works, Replacement Of Electrical Installations, Waste Removal And Management.2) Execution Of Accompanying Works Consisting In Lighting The Work Area, Fencing The Work Stages, Securing And Fencing The Work Area With Warning Signs, Handrails, Bridges, Canopies, Constructing And Maintaining The Facilities Of The Construction Work Area, Marking And Securing Installations And Devices On The Work Site. The Above Is Carried Out By The Contractor With His Own Efforts And Included In The Contract Price. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Prepared In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 1 Pzp, Does Not Require The Introduction Of Equivalent Solutions And Criteria Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 4 And 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Law, In Particular The Waste Act (Article 3(1)(32) Of The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, Consolidated Text), The Contractor Carrying Out Construction Works Will Also Be The Waste Producer. The Contractor (Or His Subcontractor, If Applicable) Should Have Authorizations For Permits. Arising From The Waste Act And Meeting The Requirements Of The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). All Waste (Garbage, Rubble, Movable Items, Unlicensed Materials, Etc.) Generated During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Removed By The Contractor From The Site Of Construction Works. The Cost Of Managing The Generated Waste (Including Its Disposal, If Applicable) Will Be Included By The Contractor In The Cost Estimate - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz. If The Contractor Uses A Subcontractor In The Above Scope, He Should Indicate The Subcontractor Along With The Offer. If The Contractor Does Not Indicate Entrusting The Removal And Management (Disposal, If Applicable) To A Subcontractor, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Will Perform The Scope In Question Independently And Has All The Rights In This Respect In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect And Export Steel Scrap Obtained During Construction Works. Each Time, Based On The Prepared Statement Obtained From The Dismantling Of Scrap, The Ordering Party Will Issue An Invoice Vat In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Provisions Of The Act And Thus Authorize The Contractor To Sell Or Use The Scrap Obtained From The Dismantling Of Scrap. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontracto
