The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 4.1.1.Hardening Of The Area;4.1.2.Assembly Of Small Architecture Objects;4.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Documentation Constituting Annex 1 To The Swz, Which Includes: 4.2.1.Plot Development Project;4.2.2.Architectural And Construction Design;4.2.3.Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works;4.2.4.Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary); And Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.4.3.The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers Because There May Be Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order, Which Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper And Timely Execution Of The Order.4.4.Due To The Fact That The Construction Works Will Be Performed During The School Year, The Employer Requires That The Works Be Organized In A Way That Does Not Expose Users Of The Facility And Third Parties To The Risk Of Nuisance Causing The Inability To Conduct Current Activities, Security And Proper Marking Of The Work Area. The Ordering Party Also Requires That The Works Be Secured And Organized In A Way That Enables The Functioning Of The Part Of The Facility Not Covered By Construction Works.
