The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Access To Agricultural Land In The Town Of Trzeci Grosz, Including The Renovation Of A Municipal Road On A Section With A Length Of Approximately 768.50 M. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, Preparatory, Demolition And Earthworks, Construction Of A Surface Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate, Dirt Roadsides, A Culvert And Finishing Works. The Detailed Scope, Quantity And Method Of Execution Of The Works Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature Only. Bearing In Mind That This Procedure Assumes A Lump Sum Price For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Prepare An Offer Based On The Documentation Attached To The Tender. If Any Document Constituting An Element Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contains Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Standards Appear (If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Their Products), It Should Be Understood That This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract Using Sufficiently Precise Terms, And These Terms Should Be Treated As Exemplary In Terms Of Technical And Technical Parameters.
