Pocztowa 11. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet All Requirements Regarding Food Products Specified In Applicable Regulations, In Particular: 1) The Act Of August 25, 2006. On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448);2) Act Of December 21, 2000 On The Commercial Quality Of Agri-Food Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1980, Consolidated Text) And Its Implementing Acts. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Swz And The Annexes Attached To The Swz. The Contractor - In Order To Submit The Offer Correctly, Is Obliged To Use The Offer Form - Annex No. 2, Which Should Be Submitted Together With The Cost Estimate - The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Offer Form. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use The Prices Proposed On The Assortment And Price Forms Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Submitting Offers That Do Not Include All Items Of The Order - Failure To Complete Any Item In The Assortment And Price Form Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Beef, Pork, Cold Cuts And Poultry According To The Assortment And In The Quantities Specified In The Assortment And Price Form - Annex No. 1 To The Offer Form, Which Should Be Attached To The Offer - Annex 2. Deliveries Will Take Place Every Day From Monday To Friday Between 7:00 A.M. And 7:30 A.M., Based On Telephone Orders Placed On The Previous Day. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Place An Urgent Order On A Given Day If Necessary. Which He Could Not Predict (Change In The Number Of Meals, Unexpected Groups To Be Fed), The Contractor Will Deliver Such An Order Within 2 Hours. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Each Minimum Batch Of Goods And No Minimum Quantity Or Value Of A Single Delivery Is Specified. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Individual Assortments With An Accuracy Of 0.1 Kg. The Delivered Meat And Cold Cuts As Well As Poultry Must Be Fresh, Not Frozen, Free Of Foreign Odors, Damage To Casings And Packaging, Free Of Blooms, Bruising, Greenness And No Stickiness. Organoleptically Perfect. Produced And Delivered In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Sanitary Inspectorate And The Haccap System And In Accordance With The Veterinary Regulations Of The Piw. The Subject Of The Order Presented In The Offer Should Be Compliant With Polish And European Standards. Each Delivered Assortment And Each Delivery Batch Must Be Delivered In Original, Undamaged Packaging Bearing The Expiration Date, Name, Raw Material Composition, Name And Address Of The Manufacturer, In Polish. It Is Not Allowed To Deliver Goods Whose Expiration Date Is Close To The
