By Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party A 24-Month Warranty For The Delivered Subject Of The Order, On The Terms Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Bid Evaluation Criteria.3. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 4. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order.7.
