Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Mobile Power Generator Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Purchase Of A Mobile Power Generator Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Implementation Of The Task Will Consist In The Delivery Of One Brand-New Mobile Generator With A Homologated Road Trailer, Equipment, Accessories And Complete Documentation, As Well As Its Commissioning, Checking Its Operation And Training Users. The Generator Will Be Intended To Provide Emergency Power Supply To Public Buildings And Facilities Used For Civil Protection And Crisis Management. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Technical, Safety, Approval And Environmental Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Contract Delivered Under The Order Must Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Free From Defects. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Warranty And Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Of The Contract, Subject To The Provisions In Chapter Xix Of The Swz (Description Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria Along With The Weight Of These Criteria And The Method Of Evaluation Of The Offers). The Warranty And Warranty Period Begins: A) From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract, B) For Replaced Or Repaired Parts On The Date Of Their Replacement. Replacement/Repair. The Contractor Provides A Manufacturers Warranty For The Supplied Equipment. If The Manufacturers Warranty For The Supplied Equipment Is Shorter Than That Declared In The Offer, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide Its Own Supplementary Warranty Until The Declared Date. To Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Above Requirements, The Contractor Shall Include In The Offer A Declaration On The Duration Of The Guarantee And Warranty Granted. 2. Detailed Specifications Are Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
