1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Printing Equipment, Including: 1.1.Purchase And Delivery Of A Large Format Printer,1.2.Purchase And Delivery Of A Free-Standing Off-Line Folder For The Needs Of Obornicki County.2.The Above Devices Must Be Fully Compatible With Each Other, Enable Cooperation Within One Control And Management System, Use One Software Environment And Be Covered By A Uniform Manufacturers Service System.3.The Subject Of The Order, Including Information On The Required Technical Parameters, Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4.The Entire Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order Together With Accessories Must Be Brand New, I.E. Manufactured In A Mass Production Process, Produced No Earlier Than In 2026, Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Complete And Ready For Operation, Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments.5.The Ordering Party Strictly Excludes The Delivery Of Equipment: 5.1.Post-Exhibition (Including Demonstration Units, So-Called Demo), 5.2.Refurbished By The Manufacturer Or Third Parties (So-Called Refurbished Or Remanufactured), 5.3.Originating From Consumer Returns (So-Called Outlet, Open Box),5.4.Post-Lease Or Repaired Before Delivery.6.Condition Of Packaging And Seals: 6.1.Each Equipment Must Be Delivered In The Original, Intact Factory Packaging (Box) Of The Equipment Manufacturer.6.2.Packaging Must Have Intact Factory Security Tapes Or Manufacturers Holographic Seals, Affixed During The Packaging Process At The Factory. It Is Unacceptable To Deliver The Equipment In Packaging Resealed With The Distributors Or Contractors Tape.7.Distribution Channel And Legality:7.1.The Offered Equipment Must Come From The Manufacturers Official And Authorized Sales Channel For The European Union Market On The Date Of Submission Of Offers.7.2.The Ordering Party Requires That The Serial Numbers Of The Delivered Devices Allow For Easy Verification With The Equipment Manufacturer Of The Production Date And The Fact That The Equipment Is Covered By Official, Full Warranty Support In Poland.8.The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered At The Contractors Expense, Risk And Transport, Together With Documentation In Polish, Warranty Terms And Warranty Card. 9. Place Of Delivery: Building Of The Oborniki District, With The Seat Of The District Office In Oborniki, Ul. 11 Listopada 2A, 64-600 Oborniki.10.The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Should Be No Shorter Than 12 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Handover Protocol (Acceptance Protocol).11.The Subject Of The Order Also Includes All Works And Obligations Of The Contractor Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.12.The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Were Also Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
