Tenders Are Invited For Providing Accommodation And Meals During The Training Trip Of The Representative Company Of The Maritime University Of Gdynia

1. The Subject Of The Order Are Hotel Services For The Organization Of A Training Trip For The Representative Company By The Maritime University Of Gdynia From September 25, 2026 (Friday) To September 29, 2026 (Tuesday) For 30 People, With The Right To Increase The Number Of Participants By A Maximum Of 7 People. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Facility: A) Be Located In The Commune Of Mikołajki, Mrągowo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship; B) Be Located No More Than 50 M From The Lake; C) Have A Spa Zone, Including At Least A Swimming Pool And A Sauna, Which Participants Will Be Able To Use Free Of Charge During Their Stay; D) Have A Conference Room Enabling The Organization Of Meetings And Training Classes; E) Have A Place Intended For Organizing A Bonfire Or Barbecue; F) Provided A Free Parking Space For The Coach During The Entire Stay. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Organization Of A Stay In The Field Of Accommodation And Catering Services In A Facility Managed By The Contractor. Catering Services: A) Breakfasts From September 26, 2026 To September 29, 2026 In The Form Of A Buffet, Included In The Accommodation/Room Price; B) Two-Course Dinners From September 25, 2026 To September 28, 2026; C) 1 Barbecue/Bonfire Dinner On One Of The Days Of Your Stay, Agreed With Ordering Parties; D) Provision Of Vegetarian Meals For Participants Who Do Not Consume Meat, At No Additional Charge. Preferred Accommodation Structure: A) 1 Single-Person Room; B) 1 Double-Person Room; C) Other 2-5-Person Rooms For Students.4.As Part Of The Stay, The Contractor Will Provide Participants With Free Access To The Spa Zone, Including At Least A Swimming Pool And Sauna, Throughout The Stay, During The Facilitys Operating Hours. 5. The Contractor Will Provide The Opportunity To Use The Conference Room To Conduct Meetings And Training Classes Of The Umg Representative Company. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Attach To The Contract A Calculation Of The Stay Costs, Taking Into Account All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Costs Of Accommodation, Meals And The Use Of Additional Infrastructure. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option, Additional Participants Will Be Settled According To The Unit Prices Indicated In The Calculation Of Stay Costs.
