Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties And Properties With Summer Houses In The Uniejów Commune In 2027. 3.1 The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties And Properties With Summer Houses In The Uniejów Commune. 3.1.1 As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect, Transport And Manage Any Amount Of Municipal Waste From All Residential Properties And Properties With Summer Houses, Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes, Used Only For Part Of The Year, Located In The Uniejów Commune. 3.1.2 It Is Also Required To Collect Waste That Was Placed Next To The Containers In Bags When They Do Not Fit In The Containers. 3.1.3 Segregated Fractions Are Also Required To Be Collected Both In Bags And In Private, Appropriately Marked Containers. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Undertakes To Empty Bins Located At Bus Shelters In The City And Commune Of Uniejów. 3.1.4 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A List Of The Locations Of Bus Shelters Can Be Found In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 3.2 Collection Of Municipal Waste. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection Of Municipal Waste, I.E. Municipal Waste Collected In A Non-Selective Manner (Mixed Municipal Waste), Municipal Waste Collected Selectively. Detailed Information Is Included In Annex 8 To The Swz. 3.3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Estimate The Waste Stream In Individual Fractions, Taking Into Account: 3.3.1 Estimated Data Indicated In Annex 8 To This Swz, 3.3.2 Forecast Of The Municipal Waste Stream For Rural Areas Included In The Currently Applicable Waste Management Plan For The Łódź Voivodeship. 3.3. It Is Expected That The Volume Of Waste May Change During The Duration Of The Contract. 3.4. The Ordering Party Informs That From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Deposit System, There May Be A Reduction In The Amount Of Plastic, Metal And Glass Packaging Waste In The Municipal Waste Stream Due To The Operation Of The Deposit System. 3.5. Frequency Of Waste Collection. The Contractor Will Collect Municipal Waste From Properties Where Residents Live And From Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes (Used Only For Part Of The Year) With The Frequency Determined In The Schedule Approved By The Ordering Party. Depending On The Collection Location And Types Of Waste, It Will Be Collected Once Or Twice A Month, Once Every Six Months Or After Prior Telephone Notification. Moreover, The Contractor Undertakes To Empty The Bins Located At Bus Shelters At Least Once A Month. If The Bins Are Filled With Waste, The Contractor Is Obliged To Empty The Above-Mentioned Waste Upon Request By The Ordering Party. Baskets.
