This Tender Refers To The Pipework And Civil Engineering Work For The Construction Of The Al Gorlitzsch Natural Gas High-Pressure Gas Pipeline From The As Rückersdorf To The Connection Point In Al Gera In The Immediate Vicinity Of The As Gorlitzsch, As Well As The Construction Work For The Relocation Of The Stegal In The Area Of The B92/Railway Tracks Db Routes 6269 And 6383. The Scope Of Services Includes All Pipework And Civil Engineering Work For The Construction Of The Al Gorlizsch High-Pressure Gas Pipeline In The The Nominal Width Dn 250 With A Design Pressure Of 100 Bar And For Rerouting The Stegal Dn 800 Design Pressure 90 Bar. Planning, Construction, Monitoring, Documentation And Operation Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Recognized Rules Of Technology, In Particular The Relevant Dvgw Regulations And The High-Pressure Gas Pipeline Regulations. The Mass (Le Positions) Of The Performance Specification Was Estimated Based On These Performance Limits. The Main Services Are: - Pipe And Civil Engineering For The Production Of The Al Gorlitzsch Natural Gas High-Pressure Gas Pipeline - Pipe And Civil Engineering For The Production Of The Stegal Relocation - Laying Of The Necessary Cable Protection Pipes For Telecontrol Technology - Recultivation Of The Work Strip - Station Conversion Of The Shut-Off And Pigging Station As, Ms Rückersdorf - Integration Of Al Gorlitzsch Into As Gera - Special Structures/Pipe Jacking On Weißer Elster And B92/Deutsche Bahn - Strength And Leak Testing The Al Gorlitzsch Pipeline Is Mainly Laid Using An Open Construction Method In A Pipe Trench. As A Rule, A Work Strip Approximately 16 M Wide Is Provided For This Purpose; A 6 M Wide Protective Strip Is Provided For Later Operation. Crossings Of Existing Infrastructure Or Particularly Ecologically Sensitive Areas Must, Where Necessary, Be Constructed Using A Closed Construction Method. The Relocation Of The Stegal Will Take Place Over A Length Of Approx. 650M. An Approx. 120M Long Pipe Drive Is Planned To Cross Under The Railway Tracks And The B92. The Relocated Line Must Be Integrated Into The Existing Stegal Line. Further Project-Specific Requirements Include The Water Law Treatment Of Construction-Related Dewatering, The Consideration Of Water Crossings, The Securing Of Necessary Property Rights, The Coordination Of Intersections With Existing Infrastructure And Compliance With Nature, Species, Soil And Groundwater Protection Requirements. For The Project, Among Other Things: Water Permits, Nature Conservation Permits Or Exceptions, Forestry Permits And Other Decisions Relevant To Planning Approval Are Required.
