The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply Of Sports Training Equipment For Canoe-Kayak (Also Referred To In The Documentation As Goods, Products Or Products) For The Needs Of The Medical University Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov - Varna, According To The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Order Includes Periodic Deliveries Of Goods Requested In Advance And Specified By The Employer In Terms Of Type, Technical Data, Color, Dimensions, Quantities And Personalization. The Client Provides Data Regarding The Type, Location And Content Of The Personalization. Personalization In This Public Procurement Should Be Understood As Visualization Of Images/Logos/Inscriptions On The Goods, By Using Different Types Of Technologies. The Present Public Procurement Is Reserved In The Sense Of Art. 12, Para. 2 Of The Zop And Is Intended For Assigning Participants Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code, As Its Subject Includes Supplies Of Goods From The List Of Goods And Services In Accordance With The General Terminology Dictionary, Adopted With Rms No. 591/18.07.2016. When The Participants Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, They Must Meet The Conditions In Art. 12, Para. 5 And Para. 6 Of The Zop. Other Interested Parties May Also Participate In The Public Procurement, But Their Bids Are Considered Only If No Bids Of The Persons Under Art. 12, Para. 1 Of The Zop. Nature And Quantity Of The Performed Activities: Delivery Of 505 Pieces Of Goods, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Approximate And Will Serve To Evaluate The Offers. Requesting The Type And Quantity Of Goods Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On Its Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound By The Obligation To Exhaust The Indicated Maximum Permissible Value And Volume Of The Contract, And Reserves The Right To Order More And/Or Less Than The Estimated Quantities. Each Participant Must Submit An Offer For All Items Included In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Unit Price For The Delivery Of The Requested Goods (Including A Price For Personalization) Must Be Final, Per Unit Of Measure (Quantity), Not Subject To Change During The Performance Of The Contract And Include All Activities And Costs Of The Contractor, Directly Or Indirectly Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order (For Materials, Packaging, Printing, Transport Costs To The Place Indicated For Delivery, Taxes, Fees, Duties And Other Additional Costs), Representing The Full And Final Unit Price Without Vat For The Performance Of The Order.
