Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Framework Agreement For Project Management For The Development Of Public Spaces And Residentialization Of The Cites Du Jard And Cernay In The Community Of Conde-Sur-L’Escaut. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement, In Order To Carry Out A Project Management Mission, Concerning The Landscaping Of Public Spaces And Residential Areas Of The Mining Town Of Jard Cernay In Condé-Sur-Lescaut. This Will Be Accompanied By Additional Missions As Well As Optional Missions Aimed At Establishing Administrative Procedures Linked To Certain Regulatory Files To Which The Project Would Be Subject.
