The Scope Of Design Work Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of A Preliminary Design, 2) Development Of A Construction Design Together With Obtaining All Required Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions, Including The Final Decision On A Building Permit, 3) Development Of A Technical Design, 4) Development Of Executive Designs, 5) Development Of A Commissioning Project, 6) Preparation Of A Settlement Cost Estimate. 1.2. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes In Particular The Construction Of: 1) A Building For The Preparation Of Biodegradable Waste, 2) Tanks For Receiving And Preparing Biodegradable Waste, 3) A Buffer Tank For Pasteurization Waste, 4) An Odorous Air Filter, 5) A Truck Scale, 6) Installations Constituting The Facilities Equipment, In Particular: A) Waste Transport Installation, B) Installation For Emptying Waste Barrels, C) Installation For Emptying Pallet Containers With Waste, D) Hose Installation Suction With A Basket, E) Installation For Washing/Rinsing Devices, Fittings And Pipelines With Hot Water Under Pressure, F) Installation For Washing/Rinsing Devices, Fittings And Pipelines With Cold Water Under Pressure, G) Installation For Dosing Chemicals For Dissolving Fats, H) Water Supply Installation, I) Process Water Installation, J) Plant Sanitary And Rainwater Sewage Installation, K) Process Heat Installation Using Energy From Cogeneration And Backup Installation, L) General Electrical Installations, Including, Among Others: Power Supply, External, Internal And Emergency Lighting, Etc. M) Cctv, Sswin And Access Control (Skd) Installations, N) Installation Of A Fire Protection Switch, O) Monitoring Installation, 7) Technological Electrical Installations, Automation And Control And Instrumentation, 8) Expansion Of The Existing Syndis Rv Energy Visualization System, 9) Expansion Of The Existing Ecostruxure V. 3.2. Scada System, 10) Complete Systems Of Internal Roads And Maneuvering Areas, Along With Connection With The Existing Communication System, 11) Other Facilities, Devices And Installations Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement. 1.3. The Scope Of Construction Works Also Includes The Performance Of All Temporary And Accompanying Works As Well As Supplies And Services Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Of The Investment And Its Proper Functioning, Even If They Are Not Expressly Indicated In Section 3 Of This Paragraph. 1.4. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Obtain A Decision On The Use Permit, 2) Perform Authors Supervision, 3) Ensure Archaeological And Sapper Supervision - To The Extent Required By Law Or The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works. 2.
