Diesel Fuel (En 590) – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Diesel Din En 590 And Seaport Diesel. According To The Current Legal Situation, The Tax Subsidy (Section 3A Paragraph 1 Energiestg) For Seaport Diesel Is Expected To Cease From July 1St, 2027 And Will Very Likely Not Be Extended Beyond July 1St, 2027. The Ag Therefore Basically Wants To Cover Its Entire Future Fuel Requirement Of Approximately 2 To 2.5 Million Liters By Purchasing Din En 590 Diesel. In The Unlikely Event That The Tax Subsidy For Seaport Diesel Continues After July 1, 2027, The Ag Would Like To Continue To Cover Its Future Needs Of Approximately 2 To 2.5 Million Liters Annually With Seaport Diesel, As Long As And To The Extent That The Subsidy Exists, And Only Purchase Approximately 50,000 Liters Of Din En 590 Diesel.
