The Order Includes The Delivery Of Portable Computers With Accessories In The Quantities Specified In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Has The Opportunity To Exercise The Option Right, Consisting In Increasing The Number Of Equipment And Accessories Ordered Under The Basic Order, On The Terms And In The Manner Described Below: 1) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Ordering The Contractor Under The Option Right Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract By Submitting To The Contractor A Written Declaration Of Will To Activate The Option, Specifying The Quantity And Type Of Equipment Or Accessory Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To Swz, 2) The Value Of Equipment And Accessories Ordered Under The Option Right Will Be Consistent With The Unit Prices Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 3) Deadline For Completion Of The Order Covered By The Option Right: Up To 60 Days From The Date Of Placing The Order Covered By The Option Right By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With § 6 Section 4 Of The Draft Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, 4) Exercising The Option Right Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right - The Decision To Implement The Order Covered By The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, 5) The Provisions Of The Draft Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz Regarding The Basic Contract Apply To The Order Covered By The Option Right, Unless Otherwise Stated. 5. In Each Case Where These Standards Are Indicated In The Content Of The Swz, Including In The Annexes To The Swz, It Should Be Understood That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Thus, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Standards Indicated In Item 5, Point 2 Of Table 1 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 And 5 Pzp.
