The Services Include, In Particular, Caretaker Services, The Operation And Monitoring Of Technical Systems As Well As Technical Building Management To Ensure The Functional, Operational And Traffic Safety Of The Properties. The Scope Of Services Also Includes Operational Management, Warranty And Defect Tracking, Security Services As Well As Ongoing Documentation, Reporting And Controlling Of The Services Provided. The Aim Of The Commission Is To Manage The Properties Economically, Safely And Sustainably And To Ensure Proper, Legally Compliant And Trouble-Free Building Operation. To Ensure A Clean Transfer Of Services, An Implementation And Transition Phase Is Planned Before The Start Of Regular Service Provision. This Is Expected To Begin On January 1St, 2027 And Will In Particular Be Used To Take Over The Objects, Set Up The Necessary Organizational Structures, Train The Staff And Coordinate The Operating And Documentation Processes.
